Angel L. Mumma
Ms. Mumma has been the Director of Finance for the City of Dublin since 2011. Highlights during her time in Dublin include her work with the Dublin City School District in creating an economic development driven cooperative agreement; working with the Development community and staff for the redevelopment of the Bridge Street District, and developing a financial model used for shared dispatch services with neighboring communities. Prior to that, she served the City of Gahanna for 14 years, starting as a part-time Mayor’s Court clerk working her way up to Director of Finance.
Ms. Mumma graduated from the Ohio State University in 1999 with a BS in in Business Administration and from Ashland University in 2004 with her Masters in Business Administration.
Ms. Mumma serves as a board member to the Ohio GFOA and the Ohio Municipal League’s Municipal Finance Officers Association. She has been honored to have been a guest lecturer at the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at the Ohio State University, and to have presented to the Ohio School Board Association, the State Employment Relations Board, and at the Ohio GFOA annual conference in years past. In 2011, she was recognized by Columbus Business First as CFO of the Year for the Government Sector.
Ms. Mumma lives in New Albany with her husband, Matt and their daughter, Emerson.
