Beth is the Health and Group Benefits Regional Leader for the Midwest. She has more than 20 years of benefits consulting experience working in the design, administration and strategic planning of health care and other benefit programs, including 7 years with Willis Towers Watson. Beth’s areas of expertise include strategic planning of group health and benefit plans, compliance review and implementation of employee benefit programs, design of group benefit plans, health care reform strategic planning, implementation and design of wellness programming, voluntary benefits strategy and implementation, and fully insured and self-funded group health and benefit programs.
Education and Credentials
Beth earned her degree in health services management from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She also holds a certificate in Consumer Driven Health Plans for design and compliance as well as insurance licenses in the areas of Life and Health and Property and Casualty for Missouri and Illinois.
In addition, Beth has served as the President of the St. Louis and Missouri chapters of the National Association of Health Underwriters. She is active in a number of community programs such as the Women’s Leadership Network for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.
