GFOA Seeking Presenters for 2006 Annual Conference

If you have ever thought about presenting at GFOA’s annual conference, now is the time to act! GFOA is seeking qualified individuals to participate as presenters at the 100th annual conference in Montreal next May.

To receive consideration, first view the concurrent sessions and discussion groups online. If you have expertise in a particular program topic and are interested in speaking on that topic, please send us a proposal that includes the following items:

 

  • Name of the session or discussion group
  • Your name, title, employer, and contact information
  • A summary of your expertise and experience in the topic area and the specific aspect you wish to address
  • A summary of your speaking experience

 

Please limit your proposal to a single page and submit it via e-mail to pchristensen@gfoa.org. Write “Conference Speaker” in the subject line.

GFOA is already considering potential presenters, so submit your proposal now to receive maximum consideration. Only those individuals who are invited to present will be contacted. Speaker selection is expected to be complete in early 2006.
