Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Budget and Performance Manager, provides County-wide analysis and recommendations in the development, implementation, and management of the County budget, applying fundamental budgetary concepts, practices, and procedures. Coordinates the County-wide performance management system, including developing, evaluating, tracking and verifying program performance measures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work related experience. Four years accounting or budget experience. Must be able to pass a computer skills test administered by Human Resources. Preferred Qualifications: Public sector budget experience. 3 years of governmental accounting experience. Experience working with Tyler Munis ERP solution (Budget/Finance). ERP implementation/conversion experience. Experience in public speaking. Experience in leading group training.
