The Finance Department is responsible for Citywide and Agency revenues and expenditures, handles water utility collections, cashiering functions with public counter services, manages payroll, accounts payable/receivable, manages several competitive grants and check warrants for City Council ratification, and oversees Information Technology Services in conjunction with the Information Technology division of the Police Department to create a hybrid program that provides tech services Citywide.
