The City of Sacramento is seeking qualified applicants for the Division Manager position for the Business Services Division of the Department of Utilities. Working through a team of subordinate managers, this position manages the development, implementation, and administration of the division's goals objectives, policies and priorities. This position plans, organizes, staffs and directs the control of the following activities:
•Rate and Long Term Financial Planning •Customer Service •Account Management •Logistics (Fleet, Facilities, Inventory and Procurement) •Employee & Administrative Services
Qualified applicants will have five years progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience in municipal finance, section/division management; and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, economics, public financing, public administration, or a closely related field.
