SALARY: $70,504.00 – $88,130.00 Annually

CLOSING DATE: Continuous

GENERAL PURPOSE: Under general direction, performs a variety of professional level duties to support the implementation of the Agency's sustainability program; conducts a wide range of research including quantitative and qualitative financial and statistical analysis to measure, model, forecast and improve environmental and sustainability performance. Serves as a technical and policy liaison for Agency-wide initiatives pertaining to environmental and sustainability policies and practices; develops and plans staff reports, and recommendations to set and implement sustainability goals and objectives; coordinates the work of consultants and staff across the agency.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in public policy, planning, energy management, economics, statistics, business administration, social science or closely related field, and three years of experience working in a role that involves quantitative research and analysis; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Required Licenses or Certifications: Valid Driver's License

Required Knowledge of: • Financial modeling and forecasting. • Energy modeling and forecasting. • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies. • Primary and secondary qualitative research. • Project management techniques and principles. • Advanced statistical methods. • Contract management skills. • Principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation. • English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. • Modern office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and statistical databases. • Basic principles and practices of governmental budget preparation and administration.
