Job Description: 

Location: 301 N. Olive Avenue, WPB Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday – Friday; will be required to work during emergencies. Highly responsible position in the division of Strategic Planning and Performance Management. Assists in the development, adoption and implementation of initiatives supporting countywide strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and performance management. Responsible for complex and comprehensive analysis and a broad range of performance management activities. Independently performs detailed analyses, improving and resolving performance and/or management issues, reviewing or preparing requests, preparing forecasting reports and evaluating and issuing performance reports and metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Public Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science; minimum of three (3) years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, change management, or total quality management. Equivalencies: Related Master’s Degree and two (2) years of related experience OR Unrelated Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years related experience. PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE: Managing teams; training departments on performance management processes; preparing performance reports. Also desirable: Six Sigma Certification.
