MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FINANCE DEPARTMENT ERP Business Analyst 3 Salary: $81, 677 – $136, 227 Annually

The Miami-Dade County Finance Department is seeking an experienced, and results-oriented ERP Business Analyst 3 to lead and supervise the business systems analysis section.

This administrative and advanced/supervising business systems analysis work is performed in a large and complex centralized public operation to implement and support PeopleSoft/Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Employees in this class will assist in planning, coordinating, designing, developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining complex information systems and modifying business processes in a variety of areas, as well as provide support in the conversion from complex financial, supply chain and/or human resources legacy from a business perspective.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. Three years of experience in support of ERP and/or complex automated Financial/HR applications or systems to include supervisory experience is required. Additional related experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Preferences:

• Experience in implementing accounting, supply chain and/or human resources systems and/or modules (General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Payroll, Treasury/Banking, Project or Grant Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Training, Supplier Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, eProcurement, and purchasing.

• Experience in support of functional aspects of financial, supply chain, and/or human resources systems (FAMIS/ADPICS, PeopleSoft, etc.) and providing assistance to customer.

• Experience in Change Management support and coordination.
