Dr. Arin N. Reeves, J.D., Ph.D. is the author of The Next IQ: The Next Level of Intelligence for 21st Century Leaders and President of Nextions, LLC.
Dr. Reeves’ presentation will provide insights and tools to take your leadership and self-advocacy skills to the next level necessary to think, learn and compete in the increasingly seamless global marketplace of the 21st century. Whether you are interested in discovering new ways to advocate for recruitment/retention/advancement of people of color in your workplace or searching for ways to revitalize your own perspectives on inclusion and development, Dr. Reeves’ presentation will definitely give you something to think about!
Her book, The Next IQ: The Next Level of Intelligence for 21st Century Leaders, is a dynamic discussion of the transformation of leadership from being rooted in individual expertise to being formed from multiple and diverse perspectives. It is the next generation of thought on diversity and inclusion - for those who are seen as "diverse" in their organizations and the organizations as well. It's the start of a conversation on how we need to think in this new millennium in order to lead successfully, by stretching you to think of diversity, inclusion, leadership and even intelligence in different ways.
