Program Overview
The GFOA is now offering a one-hour interactive Internet training event specifically designed to assist governments in using various budget mechanisms to manage headcount levels in light of cost constraints. The Internet training will combine lecture and examples to cover such topics as vacancy adjustments, impact of inflation, optimal staffing level, compensation approaches, wage surveys, personnel classification, tracking systems, and budget monitoring.
