Who Will Benefit
This program is designed for executives, managers, staff, and others interested in getting started with performance measurement or learning how to get more value out of existing performance measurement and reporting.

Program
Benchmarking consortiums not only provide a resource that allows governments to compare their performance data with similar organizations, they also allow for governments to more easily work together and share ideas on how to improve services. Across the United States and Canada, many benchmarking consortiums have recently formed goals of fostering improvement, organizational learning, and accountability. Sign up for this session for information on the benefits of benchmarking and how to get the most out of these important resources.
