Karen Main is a speaker, teacher and consultant specializing in leadership principles and teambuilding. She has over 20 years of experience teaching and coaching for clients in the public sector and the utility industry. Karen has a reputation for creative activities which get people out of their comfort zones so they can think a little differently. Her sessions are interactive and engaging and, as a result, she’s a highly-requested speaker at conferences and retreats across the US and Canada. Karen has an MA in Sociology from the University of Denver and is certified by Harvard University in “The Art & Practice of Leadership Development.” She stays current in her field serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver’s University College and has held leadership roles with the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Association for Talent Development and IPMA-HR Colorado.
