Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services, the Manager of Fiscal Services will plan, organize, review, and direct fiscal operations and staff in the areas of treasury, financial reporting, issuing and administering debt, revenue collection, payroll and accounts payable. The Fiscal Services Division also provides administrative support to the Finance Commission, Investment Advisory Committee, Successor Agency to the dissolved Irvine Redevelopment Agency and the Orange County Great Park Corporation.
Requires a Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Public Administration or a related field with at least six (6) years financial management experience (advanced degree or CPA is desirable).
