Robert L. Balducci
Robert Balducci has a diverse accounting and auditing career working in banking, retail, medical, and governmental industries. He serves as the Comptroller for several New York City bond financing entities including the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority, the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, the Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation, and the Sales Tax Receivable Corporation. Prior to joining the City’s bond financing entities, he spent 14 years working for the New York City Comptroller’s Office where he last served as a Division Chief of Quality Assurance. Robert is the former Chair of the New York State Society’s Government Accounting and Auditing Committee. He is also a current member of GFOA’s Committee on Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting and a member of the GASB’s Governmental Accounting Standards Advisory Council. He received his BBA with honors from Bernard M. Baruch, City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed to practice in the state of New York.
