    Have you updated or submitted information for your company's page in GFOA's Buyer's Guide? Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary inclusion in the Buyer's Guide. Buyer's Guide listings will also be featured in the official conference app, so make sure your information is current! If you have any changes, submit the Buyer's Guide Directory Form to buyersguide@gfoa.org.

    View GFOA’s current list of exhibitors to confirm your company listing. If you need to make a change, please e-mail Kate Southard

  3. Exhibitor and Exhibitor Delegate Registration

    Note: Each 10’x’10 booth space receives three complimentary registrations of personnel to staff the booth and to attend GFOA’s Welcome Breakfast on Sunday morning only.

    NEW! IF SO, click here to access a Google Drive where you can record your booth staff and make any changes until April 19. Once the drive is open, follow these steps:

    • Landing on the dashboard, find your company name and click on that folder
    • You will see an empty spreadsheet with the fields needed to register each individual and any guests. Each line represents a member of your team
    • Registration is complete unless any of the below statements apply to you

    If any of the below statements apply to you, continue with the registration process:

    • I have additional staff to register beyond my complimentary booth allotment
    • I want to register myself or someone on my team as an Exhibitor/Delegate to attend GFOA sessions and luncheons 
    • I want to register myself or someone on my team to attend GFOA’s Closing Event on Tuesday, May 21, from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm at the Microsoft Theater

  4. Become a conference sponsor for additional exposure, complimentary registrations, and discounts

  5. Freeman Services Kit

    Click here to view the kit, which includes forms and deadlines for ordering products and services for your booth; exhibit hours, including move-in and move-out days/times; and shipping information.

  6. Reserve your hotel room

    Reserve your room in GFOA’s official hotels. More rooms have been added to GFOA’s hotel block. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient is not approved by GFOA. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to GFOA.

  7. GFOA’s Closing Event

    Please see “Exhibitor and Exhibitor Delegate Registration Process” in #3. 

  8. Purchase GFOA’s Pre- and Post-Show Mailing Labels

    Reinforce your company’s message by driving traffic to your booth before the annual conference and thank attendees for stopping by your booth after the conference by purchasing GFOA’s pre- and post-show mailing labels. Click here for policies and procedures, including processing dates on page 2. Note that labels are included with certain sponsorship levels!

  9. Book your travel arrangements.

  10. Social Media 

    When referencing GFOA’s conference on social media, we ask that you use #GFOA2019. For information on GFOA’s social media at the annual conference, contact Timothy Martin.

  11. Will your company be hosting an event during this year’s conference?

    If so, please e-mail the event details to Kate Southard so we can post it on screens in GFOA’s Message Center. Hospitality events cannot conflict with any GFOA conference-related event. View an overall schedule (tentative), preconference seminarssessions (tentative), and social events.

    Open nights to host a hospitality event are: 

    • Saturday, May 18 after 5:00 pm
    • Sunday, May 19 after 5:00 pm
    • Monday, May 20 after 5:30 pm

  12. Obtain approval for your company’s give away/raffle items at your booth

    Send an e-mail with your items to Natalie Laudadio. We ask that exhibitors do not give away lanyards as they will interfere with GFOA’s attendee lanyards and the Continuing Education scanning process.
