Job Description: 

The City of Chula Vista is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Manager to plan, direct, manage and oversee activities and operations within the Finance Department's Revenue and Recovery Division; supervise all day-to-day functions and operations related to cashiering, accounts receivables, utility billing, parking meter operations oversight, and issuance of business licenses and coordination of the business license renewal process; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions and outside agencies; and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director Finance.

Minimum Requirements: Five years of increasingly responsible accounting or revenue management experience, preferably for a municipal agency, including two years of supervisory responsibility AND a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
