Job Description: 

Managing financial and Single Audit engagements • Identifying business process risks • Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls • Documenting the results of the evaluations • Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management • Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members • Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules Desired Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration • 3-6 years of hands-on accounting or auditing experience • CPA • In-depth knowledge of GAAP (GASB) authoritative guidance • In-depth knowledge of Government Auditing Standards and Single Audits • Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to travel to meet client deadlines and expectations
