Job Description: 

Under general direction, assists in planning, organizing, and supervising the activities of the Finance Division and performs a full range of complex, responsible, analytical and professional accounting, management and other administrative duties and provides highly complex professional assistance to City management staff in areas of responsibility. The Finance Manager is an at-will position that is appointed by and sits at the pleasure of the City Manager.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, accounting, public finance, economics or a closely related field.

Experience: Six (6) years of professional accounting experience, including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Public agency and infrastructure financing experience preferred.
