Responsible for all aspects of the professional performance and administration of the Finance & Taxation Department. Oversee and coordinate the implementation of a new financial planning system for the County. Manage, prepare and coordinate the annual municipal budget process, annual financial statement/audit process and provide support for service departments fiscal and grant activities. Plan, organize and direct all Departmental activities including treasury management, investments, debt management and urban renewal district requirements.
