Marcy Boggs has been with GFOA since 2008 and is the Managing Editor with GFOA’s Research and Consulting Center. Marcy is responsible for GFOA'’s bimonthly magazine, Government Finance Review. She also edits whitepapers and other material for the association. Before coming to GFOA, Marcy was an editor for Pensions & Investments. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University.
