This is a Full Time, Benefit Earning, Exempt position in our Finance Department. Primary responsibilities include: Supervising the AP Clerk, Payroll/Purchasing Clerk and Receptionist/Cashiers. Maintains Payroll system and records. Reconciliation of benefits. Prepares journal entries, and audits accounts and expense reports and prepares financial reports. Assists in the preparation of work papers for the annual audit and budget.
Must have a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration concentration in Accounting/Finances, and 5 yrs professional experience handling accounting or bookkeeping functions with relevance experience within the last 2 years. Must have professional experience using accounting software, financial management software or other enterprise financial management workflow software.
