The Judicial Council of California is accepting applications for the position of Fiscal Supervisor to join the Branch Accounting and Procurement office in the Grant Accounting and Travel/Conference Support Unit. The Fiscal Supervisor is responsible for both of these functions.
The Grants Accounting function oversees approximately 40+ grants a year and administers $140 million of grant allocations to the Judicial Branch. The Travel/Conference Support function audits and approves approximately 3,700 expense claims and is responsible for reimbursement of employee expenses incurred while doing Judicial Branch business, and accounting support for conference and event expenses.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who possesses a strong attention to detail accompanied by strong verbal and written communication skills. Supporting 58 trial courts, you’ll be given the opportunity to problem solve and provide guidance and counsel to court staff.
