Job Description: 

The Central Services Finance division is looking for the right candidate with a unique blend of skills, interests and abilities to fill a Program Coordinator position. Likes to work collaboratively in a fast paced team environment but also enjoys forging ahead and working independently and is able to juggle multiple high priorities.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinate methods, policies, tools, and activities that support cross-functional outreach initiatives.

Works closely with the budget section coordinating the budget development process.

Provides support for Budget Committee meetings including developing meeting notes to provide a meeting record.

Creates and maintains information for the Finance division internal and external websites.

Interprets and applies rules, regulations, and program information to a variety of situations and the processing of requests; determines when to contact appropriate program staff for assistance.

Develops and maintains accurate and timely record-keeping or database systems; develops data file layout and reports; assures inclusion of information from required sources; provides training and designs procedures.

Assists with the design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of budget processes, procedures and systems; makes recommendations for improvement; may be responsible for monitoring specific program processes.

Manages and supports the development of a finance related training program aimed at internal customers. Assists in the development of training materials and presentations, instructions, and documentation for individual and group courses. Serves as the point of contact for communication of training opportunities to the division.

Participates as part of the banking team; perform daily banking and reporting activities; reconcile monthly investment activity, and performs quarterly interest allocation.

Supports the development of competency activities.

Coordinates division emergency operations planning/preparedness.

Coordinate post issuance compliance policy procedures and training for debt issuances.
