Finance Manager, Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments, Albany Oregon Seeking a mission-driven, high performing professional to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, including preparation of the annual budget, annual audit and accounting systems, leadership and training to a staff of finance and accounting professionals, and ensuring quality service delivery to a wide range of internal and external customers. Bachelor’s degree with major course work in finance or business administration, plus five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, which includes payroll processing, internal control practices, financial audits, project management, and financial analysis and at least four years of progressively responsible managerial experience. Experience in governmental accounting desirable.
