The Inflation Reduction Act set into place several opportunities that are critical to supporting clean energy projects in communities to help achieve local climate action goals while also spurring economic and community development, including tax credit provisions. GFOA along with our sister organizations, NLC and NACo submitted comments to help request specific guidance from Treasury on those provisions.
