The City of Sioux City, Iowa is seeking a Budget Manager. The Budget Manager performs professional research and development activities in the preparation and administration of the City's annual Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program as well as oversees the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
Qualified candidates will possess a Master's Degree in Public Administration; or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields, and considerable directly related experience in public sector research and budgetary development; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skill and abilities necessary to perform the work.
