My career has focused on process improvement and policy change. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, I served as the Chief Operations Analyst for the Chicago Public Library system (CPL). I have also served as a Senior Performance Analyst at the Chicago Office of the Inspector General (OIG), as an analyst for the Council Office of Financial Analysis (COFA), and in several City Council offices as the Director of Economic Development, working on various aspects of zoning and economic development.
