Amanda Carter is a municipal finance professional who began her career in government finance with the County of Prince Edward in 2008. Starting at an entry level role as an Accounting Clerk, she has worked almost every role within the finance department ultimately landing in the position of Director of Finance & IT in 2015. Her main focus is on financing the municipality's infrastructure deficit without over burdening the rate payer.
