Amanda Woodin, CPFO, A.A.E. is the Finance Services Manager for the City of Battle Creek, MI.  She is a seventeen-year veteran of municipal finance.  Prior to joining the City, Amanda served as Assistant Director for Finance and Administration for the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport and Finance and Administration Manager for the Kalamazoo County Land Bank Authority.  She has also served as Interim Airport Director and Interim Deputy County Administrator, Internal Services for Kalamazoo County.  Amanda holds a Master’s of Public Administration degree, and is a Certified Public Finance Officer and an Accredited Airport Executive.
