Ms. Anne Marie Downen, CPA, CGMA is currently the Director of Finance and Treasurer for the Greater Boise Auditorium District. She oversees the financial management, risk management, and treasury functions for the organization. In her previous roles, she served as the senior financial officer for a group of companies with over $200 million in revenue, and two manufacturing companies, where she implemented lean accounting practices. Prior to that, she was a Vice President in commercial banking and owned and operated a CPA firm for 20 years.

Her qualifications include a business degree with an accounting emphasis from the University of Idaho, passing the CPA exam the first time shortly after graduation. Anne Marie currently serves as the Treasurer for a non-profit, where she was the founding board Chairperson. She is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, Idaho Public Purchasing Association, Idaho Society of CPAs, and American Society of CPAs.
