Kevin is PSC’s senior strategist for project finance and green capital. He started his career as an investment banker on Wall Street, where he issued over $100 billion of investment grade bonds across four global currencies. After receiving his MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School, he joined the World Bank to work on climate-resilient infrastructure transactions on five continents. Immediately prior to joining PSC, Kevin was the City of Detroit’s Director of Strategy in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Treasury, where he spent four years managing the city’s debt portfolio and major strategic priorities—including the municipal solar project, property tax reform, and the PILOT affordable housing policy. At PSC, he combines sophisticated financial expertise with big-picture thinking to drive strategy on infrastructure and project finance, green banks, large capital investments, and related public policy.
