Robert Barr

Robert is the Deputy City Manager for the City and Borough of Juneau. He oversees departments that cover internal services, recreation, and public safety. In addition to the day-to-day, Robert helps the CBJ and its elected officials navigate through complex policy topics including, recently, childcare, short-term rental regulation, homelessness, glacial lake outburst flooding (feel free to ask), and others.
