Theresa is the Procurement Manager for the City of Everett, Washington. She has nearly 25 years of supply chain management experience of which over 22 years have been spent in public procurement.

Theresa is a graduate of Seattle University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a dual concentration in both Operations Management and Marketing. Theresa received her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University. Additionally, she holds the designation of Certified Procurement Professional and Certified Professional Public Buyer, as well as a Certificate in Construction Contracting from Portland State University.
