A Seattle native, Andrew has worked as an analyst in the King County Executive's Office of Performance, Strategy, and Budget for the past 13 years. In this role, he works with county agencies in the criminal legal sector on budget and finance issues. He has also served as the labor analyst in support of the County's Office of Labor Relations for the past three years. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, travel, hiking, and other outdoor activities. HIs youngest son is a high school senior, and he has mixed feelings about becoming an empty-nester in the fall.
