Jennifer Becker is the Financial Services Director for the City of Burbank, California. She began her career in Burbank as a Budget Analyst in 2001 and has served in various finance and budget rolls throughout her 22 years with the City. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), where she currently serves as Chair of the San Gabriel Valley CSMFO Chapter and Vice-Chair of the CSMFO Communications Committee.
