Jennifer Becker

Jennifer Becker is the Financial Services Director for the City of Burbank, a full-service municipality located in Los Angeles County, California. She began her career in Burbank as a Budget Analyst in 2001 and has served in various finance and budget roles throughout her 25 years with the City. Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO) and has previously served as Chair of the Communications Committee and Chair of the San Gabriel Valley CSMFO Chapter. She is also a member of Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and an active participant in GFOA’s “Rethinking Financial Reporting” working group. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
