Ms. Harris joined the Authority as the Chief Financial Officer in 2012 where she supervises the Accounting and Finance departments which are responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, loan servicing, debt issuance and fund management. She oversees the debt issuance for the State Revolving Fund and the Single-Family Mortgage Bond programs. Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Harris was a Senior Consultant at cfX Incorporated where she structured debt transactions for state housing finance agencies. She has been serving on the Committee on Governmental Debt Management for GFOA since 2017. Ms. Harris earned a M.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from Grinnell College.
