Clara Bernauer

Budget Manager, City of Olathe, Kansas

Clara Bernauer serves as the Budget Manager for the City of Olathe. Along with her team, she helps prepare the City's annual budget and capital improvement plan. Prior to her current position in the Finance Department, she was an analyst for Olathe Public Works, assisting with utility rate recommendations and strategic performance measures for the City. Clara received her Master of Public Administration degree, emphasis in Urban Policy and Administration, through the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Bloch School of Management.
