Kelley Cochran is currently the Interim Finance Director for the City of Redmond, Washington. Her tenure at Redmond spans 21 years and her primary focus has been financial forecasting and strategy development, budget development and management, rate setting and policy analysis. In addition, she provides Financial Leadership in support of the organizational development activities of the City including leadership development, continuous improvement, and performance management. Kelley holds a degree in accounting and certifications in public finance leadership.
