Connie Baker

Connie Baker is the Budget Director for Pitkin County, Colorado with the county seat located in Aspen. Connie grew up in Aspen, but she traveled extensively as a young adult, living in a number of European countries before settling down in the Aspen area. She has worked for Pitkin County since 2005 and was appointed Budget Director in 2012. She obtained the CPFO designation in December 2020. Connie enjoys working with numbers and the complexities of the county budget, but she equally enjoys the diversity of county departments and being able to represent their unique perspectives during the budget process.
