Daniel Coughenour

Daniel Coughenour is a Senior Manager with the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office in Clearwater, Florida where he has served for the past 12 years. In this role, he oversees Accounts Payable for both the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk’s Office, managing nearly $2 billion dollars in disbursements annually. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, has completed additional coursework at the University of South Florida, and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to being a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, he is also a member of the Florida GFOA, as well as the Florida GFOA’s Gulf Coast Local Chapter.
