Cristi Lemon

Cristi Lemon is the Assistant Director of Budget in the FWLab at the City of Fort Worth. Her team coordinates budget development and management for operating and capital budgets for a growing Texas city with a population of one million.

Cristi began working at the City of Fort Worth in 2003. She has worked in many different departments, including Police, Community Relations, Planning and Development, Performance and Budget, HR, Library and the Fort Worth Lab.

Her career has focused on community engagement, process improvement, employee performance and training, HR strategies and budget.
