Patricia R. Dennis, CPA

Patricia Dennis is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience spanning public accounting, insurance, manufacturing, and government sectors. A Certified Public Accountant, Patricia began her career in public accounting in Birmingham, Alabama, before transitioning into government finance through her work at Renewable Water Resources (ReWa), an enterprise utility in South Carolina. She served as Controller for over a decade and later as Director of Regulatory Services, where she oversaw environmental compliance functions and led the implementation of ReWa’s $1 billion Wet Weather Program.

Since July 2023, Patricia has served as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Greenville, SC. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the City’s Budget, Accounting, Procurement, Risk Management, Revenue, and Community Development divisions.
