Superintendent Christine Elow oversees the Support Services Division of the Cambridge Police Department, which includes the Criminal Investigations, the Family and Social Justice Section, and Administrative Services for the department. Raised in Cambridge, Superintendent Elow has been with the Cambridge Police Department for nearly 25 years. She is the highest ranking female officer in the history of the Cambridge Police Department. Most recently, she served as Superintendent of Operations Division, Deputy Superintendent for Day Operations and the Community Services Unit. While a majority of her career has been in patrol operations, Superintendent Elow has also overseen Professional Standards.
