Doug Farmen is the Finance Director at the City of Centennial. He graduated from Washington State University and has 28 years of governmental finance experience in four cities. He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Colorado and a member of the GFOA Treasury and Investment Management Committee. Mr. Farmen previously served as a member of the GFOA Budgeting and Fiscal Policy Committee. His wife Susan-Marie is currently pursuing a doctorate degree and they have two sons.
