Ian Gerritsen

Ian Gerritsen is a public sector infrastructure asset management consultant who is passionate about local decision-making and community sustainability. Since joining icInfrastructure in 2018, Ian has supported the development of AM policies, strategies, and decision-making frameworks. Ian acted as the Assistant Program Manager for CNAM’s MAMP2 program and lead editor of their Asset Management Competency Framework for Canadian Communities (AMCF). He is currently the Program Manager for CNAM’s MAMP3 program, where he is coordinating the ‘New to AM’ learning program, enhancing the AMCF, building a comprehensive web platform for the AMCF to aid roll out, and coordinating a Train-the-Trainer program to exponentially increase the reach of CNAM’s AM101 course. His education was in business and law and he has a background in business operations, regulatory planning, and project data management in the Oil and Gas industry.
