Noel J. Graczyk has served as Administrative Services Director / Treasurer for the City of Chaska, Minnesota (pop. 27,931) since 1988. The Administrative Services Department provides financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, debt issuance, utility billing, and information technology services across all City departments. Previously Noel was a Finance Officer for the City of Ramsey, MN and a Budget Analyst for the City of Fridley, MN. Since 2019 Noel has been a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, Standing Committee on Governmental Debt Management. Noel received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of St. John’s in Collegeville, MN.
