Arran Capital partners with state, county, and municipal entities and professional associations across the United States to build deal flow capable of sustaining 10 years of investments over multiple litigation funds. At the City of Evanston, Illinois, Farrar spearheaded risk management and litigation strategies that saved taxpayers more than $12 million in eight years. Farrar’s firm secured millions of dollars in compensation and new revenue in two major affirmative litigations. Farrar formulated and implemented strategies that enabled Evanston to pursue and secure new wholesale water customers in neighboring communities, which will generate approximately $100 million in new revenue over the next 40 years.
