Warren James Guy III (Jamie) is the Assistant Chief Financial Officer of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission (MetCom) in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Jamie has served in this position for the past three years, but has over 15 years of experience working in small government entities. Jamie’s experience prior to MetCom, includes five years in public education and seven years in higher education.

Jamie graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with honors and is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam. His professional activities include serving on numerous committees for the MD GFOA, local taskforce boards, and volunteering his time and knowledge to local community non-profit groups.
