Gwen Riddle

Gwen Riddle is a seasoned financial officer with over 30 years of leadership experience in local government and corporate finance. She currently serves as Budget Director for the City of Fairfax, Virginia, overseeing a $300 million budget and leading strategic financial planning initiatives. Gwen is recognized for her expertise in both corporate and local government budgeting, ERP implementation, capital improvement planning, and fiscal policy development. She has held prior finance leadership roles with the Town of Vienna, Virginia as Financial Operations Manager and Budget Manager. Gwen holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from American University. She is a graduate of the Weldon Cooper Center’s LEAD program and a VGFOA Certificate Holder.
